Default moile broadband dongle

I have a t-mobile dongle mobile internet and for some reason it suddenly started to reload its self and gets as far (trying to find preconfigured driver software then it freezes the laptop fs v5535 win vista home i have tried to google preconfig driver software to no avail ta Iain

Where is the original software for the 'dongle' - in a ROM chip in the device itself or in a CD?

There should be an entry for the Mobile Internet in the Network Connections folder under "Dial-up". Right click this and select 'Delete'. Then go into "Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs" and uninstall any software for the device. Reboot and then install the device again from scratch.

Thanks mike for your prompt reply I done what you said but in the networking i then right click on mt t-mobile connection it only gives me two options connect or properties i cannot find anything there to delete. i can delete in c/p add/remove but when i try to reload i have the same problem.as to your question the programme loads from the stick and i also have a disk. Imust be leaving something behind when deleting ta Iain

Within the Network Connections folder, you should have the option to "Delete" the 3G Dial-up connection:

Thanks again for your reply i found and deleted the connection the programe still freezes when trying to load but now will not re load the programe i have the disk at hoe and will try that unless you have any more ideas ta Iain

Hi do a system restore to a time when dongel worked ok.

Also you can download file from 3 broadband called BEC_RESET.EXE
This file deletes 3 dongel program then just renstall.
