Default IE8 and CCleaner

A couple of weeks ago I installed IE8, nowt to write home about although there is really only one niggle which is irritating me. Visiting WebUser and a couple more websites where I'm registered, I never log out, cookies have been saved in CCleaner since day one.

Now when I connect and open IE8 I have to login to these sites, funny thing is if I open Firefox it's not necessary. For the life of me I've looked for a solution to IE8, now, checking CCleaner's Cookies, a Webuser cookie is not visible, or recognisable, in the left hand pane. The saved panel contains the one that's been there for yonks.

Is CCleaner not recognising IE8, am I not recognising a WebUser cookie to be saved before cleaning? I have not changed any settings in IE8 installing over IE7, should I have?

Can someone help me here please?

Ran version 2.19 of CCleaner, cleaned up and rebooted. Connected to IE8 and first call is here and no need to login. CCleaner's issues with IE now cured, hopefully.
