Supanet do say on their site that there's a minimum 12-month contract on their dial-up account ~
click here I'm surprised by it as I didn't think this happened with dial-up accounts. I'm with BT Yahoo! Anytime (dial-up), there's no minimum contract and I can give them one day's notice if I want to stop using them. Their Terms and Conditions say:

This contract can be ended by:
(a) us giving one month's notice to you; or
(b) you giving one day's notice to us.

I always assumed it was much the same with all ISPs who offer a dial-up service; obviously I was wrong!
