Hijack Log Help

I Have An Error Message Called mscifapp.exe that always pops up whenever i try to do anything, also i have a virus or something called st3.dll and cant remove it,im running windows xp home. any help would be appreciated.

Hello .

Before we can begin please follow these Instruction's carefully.

Please Delete your version of <span style="color:blue">Hijack This</span>.

Then Download the new HijackThis Self Extracting zip file from "HERE"
onto your desktop, and then Double click 'hijackthis_sfx.exe' and select "Unzip".

You will now find "HiJack This" by navigating this path below,

C:\Program Files\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe


Please now open "Hijack This" by Double-clicking on "hijackthis.exe" and when the window opens,

Click on the button labeled None of the above to start the program.
You will now be presented with the main HJT screen.
Press the Scan button and then when it is done,

then select the Save Log button and Save this log onto your Desktop,

Please Copy and Paste All of "Hijack This" log for me to check.
