Default MSN Custom Emotes

Id like to know is there anyway of putting any on my custom emotes in my screenname for others to see? ive tryed putting the keyboard shortcut with and without brackets but it doesnt seem to make much difference, any ideas? thanks.

The method you describe (minus any brackets) works for me on MSN Messnger (6.2). [img]/images/forums/icons/frown.gif[/img]

If i'm not mistaken doesn't msn plus contain spyware?

Yes, if you accept the sponsor thingy, it will give you loads of spyware problems.

I said "no" to the sponsor thingie - but for some reason, I think that my MSN is full of junk of some sort... can't put my finger on it, but something is amiss.

Perhaps I'll just dump it and get back to the basics. OR go to "Yahoo" - which had a great feature..... you can send messages to your offline contacts - and they got them when they signed on.

I always liked the ability to send messages to offline contacts in Yahoo and was rather surprised MSN didn't have a similar feature.
