Re-vamped home page
      #435045 - Mon Jul 20 2009 07:00 PM

Evening All

I have just re-vamped my home page ( www.alternative-angling.com ) after numerous comments from a number of sources ( including this forum ) I am still not happy with the layout but I don`t know why.
I would be happy with any comment at all, I know it is a personal choice but i`m sure the comments will be helpful

Many thanks

SteveC

Hi Steve,

I know it would be a long job but I would suggest the following :-

1.Your site would immediately be more attractive if you made the individual pictures live links to some 'words about'. For instance - a picture of Tyddyn Sargent could be a link to a website about the place.

    2. A picture of a carp could take people to a Wikipedia page about carp

Perhaps it would be worth a try ?
