Foxit PDF doc editing
      #434836 - Sat Jul 18 2009 11:09 AM

Hello all,
Not sure if this is the right thread but anyway.
I have a PDF doc, it is one page but has a lot of smaller pages on it which I can't read and print out is the same. I want to enlarge and print the smaller pages, how can I do this? I don't have office etc only wordpad/notepad.
I did download Foxit PDF editor but can't seem to do what I want.
Many thanks

A PDF is a file that will look the same on the screen and in print, regardless of what kind of computer or printer someone is using and regardless of what software package was originally used to create it.

In layman's terms it is an image of a document. It can be edited, but you need to use the right software and various other factors such as if it is password protected or if you try to edit print, some software will only allow you to do it if you have the exact font which was originally used on your system. Images can be deleted, enlarged, rotated etc, again depending on software used.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'smaller pages' within that single page, but if those 'pages' are just images, there's not a lot you can do other than zoom in. This of course will only visually make the 'image' bigger and not in print.

Can you elaborate a little on these smaller pages?

Thanks Fusion,
It was an instruction manual that was sent to me by email.
It was originally a small booklet and somehow they have copied all the 8 pages into one A4 size PDF doc.
No wonder I spent so long trying to sort this one, it seems from what you say, a bit of a non starter.
