I have a synch problem with my Speedtouch 330 modem on Tesco Internet, in that after 5 years and in the last 6-8 weeks I have a serious intermittent connection. I switch on my computer and it could be 4-5 hours before I get synch. I have changed filters, reloaded the speedtouch software, replaced my computer (after the problem appeared) and no result. I have connected a netgear modem direct to the line and it refuses to synch either. I have tested both when the synch is showing and both work at that time. The problem is out with BT but after a week I still have no constant connection. Any ideas?
