Dreamweaver 8

We have had a website built to advertise our Park,the site was built by A-Level students for free using the schools Dreamweaver 8 software.We cannot afford to buy the software the school uses, is there a cheaper alternative we can buy to edit the site when needed.,or is there any other way we can edit the site.Thankyou for any help.

All Dreamweaver does is make it easier to create/edit a site, via WYSIWYG pages. Ultimately, all it does is produce code. There are other HTML/PHP/etc., editors around (Google).

However, the cheapest option is Notepad, but that would require some knowledge of coding by hand.

No matter which route you go down there will be a learning curve to negotiate. If you have the time, all well and good. But if your time would be better spent making money it might be prudent to employ someone to do the site for you - at least if it goes wrong you'd have someone else to blame.
