I am thinking of moving from Orange (due to their £5/month increase BB charge) and changing to O2.
Has anyone had any experience of this provider and their overall efficiency. Reviews I have read appear very favourable, but there is nothing like personal experience.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I've been using o2's Standard service for a year or so and I have no complaints so far.
If you're going to sign up, try doing it through a cashback site like Quidco - at the moment they're offering £50 cashback plus a free £30 Pay & Go dongle.

Many thanks Sam, I will give Quidco a try, but I have since found out that O2 does not operate from my Weymouth exchange and therefore have to rent the equipment. This results in a higher monthly rental.
