BT broadband customer service
      #431194 - Mon May 25 2009 06:01 PM

Just after 3pm today I sent an e-mail to BT customer services saying I wanted to downgrade my BT broadband from option 3 to option 1 from the 6th June. At 3.20pm I receive a call from BT customer services and they only seem too happy to do the downgrade then they ask what version of the homehub do I have, I tell them and they offer the homehub 2.0 for FREE and 12 months at £12.76 saving over 48% on what I was paying a month (£24.46). Not only is this cheaper than what I could have got from other ISPs but a new router as well.
This is what I call customer service, they get my custom for at least another year and I get the latest homehub and save nearly £12 a month.
