Hi Guys i have now been without my internet with red ten for 3 months with no calls or emails from them to help me without is there anyone out there with any telephone numbers or websites i can go to get this working any ideas would be much appreciated.

From what I've read about this company on the net, I wouldn't let them have any of my money, free laptop or no. Have a look at this from about when you say you were cut off. At that time BT were offering Redten customers a MAC to allow them to get out.
If you've got plenty of time, spend it looking through the five and half thousand posts on this one subject at Money Saving Expert.
Also have a look at Deadten.
