Any fellow/disgruntled Tiscali subscibers out there who, like my good self find that emails on Outlook Express and their Webmail take for ever...and ever to arrive?

Hi heavymetalkid,
I ditched Tiscali about three years ago. I think slow emails is becoming a trend just now. TalkTalk emails can take up to 8 hours to arrive. I've also gone from 1mbps back to 512kbps.
It's not good to TalkTalk just now.
Have you spoken to a human being at Tiscali and threatened to move to another ISP?
