Are you having any particular problems?
Make sure you know how to boot up in Safe Mode
Print off these instructions or copy and paste to Notepad, as you will need to boot into Safe Mode later and won't be able to access the internet.
Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and click on any of these if present:
‘My Search Bar’ (MySearch variant), ‘MyWay Speed Bar’ (MyWay) or ‘My Web Search Bar’ (MyWeb)
Then click on Remove.
Mawe sure ALL running programs are closed.
Now rerun Hijack this. Put a check mark next to the following:

Delete the following folder if it is still present:

Thanks Richie. The problems I have with my pc are that I often can't shut down my computer from the start menu, and that my Norton Firewall often blocks something called "Default Block Bla Trojan Horse", and when I do a scan nothing is picked up. I also noticed I have 46 processes, and I was wondering if I should get rid of any of them.
I'll follow your directions and let you know if the problems are solved.
