Read through these links about the New version of XP Microsoft are releasing in October in the Far East called XP Starter edition (XPse) http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&edition=us&ie=ascii&q=XP+Starter+Edition+&btnG=Search+News It is a severely restricted version of the version sold in the West(Many features tuned down or turned off) Questions: Despite Microsoft saying it is targeted at the Far East Market, do you think it will be sold in the West ? And B) Would you use this program in this form?

I cant see it being released over here - its only been released in the far east because of the massive levels of piracy in those countries, so they are hoping a cheap version of windows will reduce the piracy problem.
