hi i have wanadoo broudband and every 30 mins it cuts off iv called wanadoo and they tell me to keep doing things to my pc iv done all they say and still having these problems please some one help iv had this prob now for 3 days and iv had this broudband now for about a month please help

Have you changed the pc settings at all in the days before you started having problems ?

Have you checked all physicals, loose cables filters etc, have you got a firewall on the pc, tried checking for spyware and adware using adaware and spybot try these things and see if that works. Do you use an adsl router or the crap usb modem wannado supply ?

If this was the AOL browser there is a Time out setting in the Parental Controls which is Not turned on by default.
I'd check the Help for the keywords "time out settings" or "age restrictor" Could be you have set it up under a kids account setting? thus getting the cutoffs
