Have just got Wannadoo Broadband and since it was set up, we've lost the telephone connction on Sky+. Have tried adding and removing the supplied filter, replacing all cables etc but to no avail. Any ideas?
Yes, it definitely sounds like there is something wrong with the filter or the way you connect the filter. It should work fine with Sky+ on an ADSL-enabled line (It worked for me when I had ADSL in my old house).
