Hi
Im having trouble printing from websites, eg, hotmail and ebay. It keeps coming up with an internet explorer script error and relates to a file on my hard drive. Ive installed all updates for Windows xp and IE 6. I always used to be able to do this. I think its happening because of a program or something Ive installed recently.
Any Ideas?

Open Internet Explorer Click Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab In the Browsing section, Scroll down to Enable Third Party Extensions (requires restart) and uncheck it Restart your computer

Quality mate thanks that did it.
How did it get checked in the first place then? Maybe because of a downloaded update?
Oh well, thanks a lot.

Would this operation effect something like the google toolbar as that seems to have disappeared of my browser?.

Hmmmm indeed.....
Ok heres what happens as my computer stands. After doing what you said the google toolbar is not there (although I can now print from the web). Looking in view/toolbars reveals that there is no google option. So, after reversing what you originally suggested and looking again, there is now a google option that is ticked (although there is no toolbar). After unticking and then re-ticking the option the toolbar now appears. So now I retry to print from the web and... I cant! So there is something effecting it. Ive even just tried turning the toolbar on and off, although this doesnt work.
I know this isnt a big problem but its starting to bug me!
Any ideas....?

Try uninstalling the Google toolbar and then re-install it. It's possible it just didn't install properly first time round. Is the toolbar the latest one?

Have you tried the FAQs on the Google Toolbar forum? That's where I finally resolved my problem. It told me it wouldn't work on Win 98SE - after ages trying!
