Hello, one and all...
Im just messing about with my dads pc (updating etc cos he''ll never get round to it unless i do it for him!!!)
Ive noticed that although browsing the web (IE6) is absolutely fine, when i go to the Windows Update site the fonts are incredibly tiny and barely readable. I dont understand how or why this is if normal surfing is ok.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Cheers people ;o)

I've just taken the opportunity to check for updates on Windows Update. The fonts are a bit small, but I wouldn't call them tiny, I could read them OK. What's the Text Size shown as on the View menu? I've got mine set at Medium. Madeline.

Ah Madeline,
Think you just solved my problem. Think his must be set to tiny... will go check later. Never had any problems with fonts before so didnt see it in the view menu!
Thanx for that, sometimes the simplest of things get overlooked!!!
Btw... may not be tiny to you, but you havent seen the thickness of my dads glasses!!! lol

Glad to have been of help. I hope that's what it was on your Dad's PC anyway. Your Dad might get a shock at the larger text, so you'd better warn him of what you're doing. Maybe that's why he he has such thick glasses.! Madeline.
