I am looking for a software program that incorporates the following:
Excel type spreadsheets and Word document options which images and illustrations may be imported into that have clear line and picture definition when printed.
I've tried using InDesign but spreadsheets aren’t as user friendly as excel and several pages/files have to be created to link together as a book, which clogs up memory space.
These book files will need to be sent via email so they need to be small/compressed/PDF compatible. They also need to be both Mac and Windows compatible too!
Do you think that File maker would be a good option or do you have other programs that you can suggest?
I'm also looking for a textile generating software program that is designed for Mac platform that yarn dye, print repeat patterns and sweater knit charts can be generated on – what can you suggest?
Any help is really appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
