I doubt if you will find one that doesn't incorporate your name into their own. Why not try these? one and one They are cheap and supply all the software you will ever need.

I currently use One and One & EasySpace. But I'm seriously considering a move to WebFusion for all my domains.
Dunno if this is of help.
TFC Nothing is a problem for me...

Not sure how those ones do cheap - banners? Restricted features? They only sub-license the domain as long as you stay with them?
I recommend http://www.34sp.com who will supply a 30 MB starter site for £15 a year, with all web based bells and whistles and 1 Gig bandwidth a month. They can also get you a .co.uk domain registered at £10 for 2 years. The domain will belong to you, not under their license, and there is nothing of theirs on the site, no ads, no popups, nada. They also have an active users' forum to resolve any problems you have getting up and running.

£10? The normal price for a co uk domain is £1.99 a year with oneandone.

Different hosts provide different things in different ways. Ex. to get ALL the web side features I have available, you would need to take out the Professional package at 1&1, costing £16.99/month. I pay just £35 a year for what I selected.
As for the low price of the domain names at 1&1. The way they do it different to many web hosts. I just called them on the phone and asked about this. The answer is they subsidise the cost in the expectation that you host with them. If you don't host with them then they use a browser HTML redirect to send the visitor to the correct host. That causes a problem: The Doman Nameservers will be 1&1, so if the 1&1 servers went down then nobody will get to your domain, because the browser redirection will fail as it depends on the 1&1 server to function. This means you depend on both a third party's DNS servers in addtion to your own host's web servers to be up for site connectivity.
1&1 do not offer DNS Nameserver repointing on the .uk domains, which is the usual and better method. With this the domain IP is recognised by the backbones and routers themselves, there is no redirection, the Domain Nameservers are those of your own web host. So as long as your own host stays up, visitors will always get to your site. Of the two, I would prefer to pay the extra and not be dependent on an intermediary nameserver (1&1) to redirect people to my domains. This is the customary method, and is far more reliable than 1&1 provide.
One final point in closing. I also had trouble getting any answers. The front line guys do not know much of anything, the best I got offered was "call tomorrow", until I requested a supervisor or manager. In any area of commerce, that is no way to run the business, it gave a poor first impression of that company and did nothing to instill confidence in them. Sorry, but for me, the whole 1&1 experience was most disappointing.

Well, the price sounds good. however I would still not use them, for personal reasons. namely I cede to no legal jurisdiction than that of my own country (why should anyone be bound contractually under foreign laws?). Take a look here, to see what I personally object to, in their Terms and Conditions:
27. GOVERNING LAW. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND INTERPRETED AND ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF PROVINCE OF ONTARIO AND THE FEDERAL LAWS OF CANADA APPLICABLE THEREIN WITHOUT REFERENCE TO RULES GOVERNING CHOICE OF LAWS. ANY ACTION RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE BROUGHT IN ONTARIO AND YOU IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO THE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS.
Nuh-uh, sorry but that ain't happening, not with me. Why would I, a non-Canadian, agree to Canada being boss of a domain registration I make? Everything I have done so far with domains and domain sites has and is governed exclusively by my homeland's domestic law, which is how I prefer it. Again it's personal, but for me it is crucial.

First thing is that companys that are members with Nominet UK (they have to be to register domains under ther own tag) have to buy the domains for £5 each if they are a member, if they are not then it will cost the company £50. So One and One must have a plan under ther sleaves. I can say that £22 is a rip of for a .COM, i get mine for £5 from a half american/english company (ztdomains.com) and i just wouldnt go with 123-reg.co.uk because i just dont trust them. You can get domains form UKREG.com for £6 for 2 years and there support is great. Its actually a non profit company powered by fasthosts. I also like to say if you go on other forums to do with web design and hosting you will definetly find some one complaining about One and One. There support is supposed to be terrible.
