I'm not sure if this is want you want, but try going to My Computer and right-clicking on the appropriate drive and then on Properties and the AutoPlay tab and set it to what you want. Madeline.

I've tried that Madeline without success There is no autorun or autoplay on the properties window. I've seen it somewhere in the past. Thanks anyway for your reply. Will keep trying Bill

Do you mean Autoplay?
If so, download and run the Autoplay repair tool
You may need to restart your computer

Hi putasolutions, Perhaps I'm not making myself too clear. A CD-ROM AUTORUN. inserting a cd-rom automatically activates a window allowing one to view the contents of that cd. How can I enable it? Thanks in advance
