Hello,
Since April 2003 I've been very busy putting together Friday Footy, a website that helps manage our weekly game of football after work. Most of us work for Durham County Council, or have done at some time, although there are a few ringers!!
The site is totally dependant on a mySQL database and the coding is done in PHP. I've been "playing" with PHP for a couple of years, starting with a couple of web tutorials, then a few books, then constant testing until I came up with this.
That method of learning is also getting me into WML now and I've got the Friday Footy WAP site to extract data from the mySQL database using PHP too!
I'm glad I don't have to make all of the HMTL files myself!!
Well, happy viewing. It just shows you what you can do with a little bit of thought and logical thinking.
