Having endured massive problems with my PC I have decided to buy a new one. Can anyone advise me how do I go about it with my normal ISP provider (BT Openworld), so that I don't have 2 accounts with them. I simply want to change from the old PC to the new. I can't see anything on their own help pages. I operated Outlook Express 5 on the old PC (Windows 98). I guess it will be something far more up to date with Windows XP, which is on the new. Thanks, guys.

Are you on Dial up or broadband, valerie?

If you are on BT opewnworld, download the Internet Connection Manager software, which take you a long way to setting up easily
