Navigation is simple but the site lacks a theme and is short on content.
The site has plenty of breadth but no depth - one story; one blog; a couple of posts on the forum etc Perhaps you might concentrate on one aspect and fill it before moving onto the next
There is no way I would personally subscribe to receive your radio stream- what's in it for me? what is the incentive? because I am already concerned about the vast number of pop-ups the site gives out (my pop-up stopper was working overtime) and am therefore concerned about the emails I could end up getting. Even if this is not your intention, I as a browser will be reluctant to give out my email address. [pop-ups presumably the price you are paying for free hosting?]

Hi Christy ... I have to say I didn't get a good look at your site because my screen was bombarded with pop-ups. I know you can't really help this much if your site's a "freebie", but it is annoying. Sorry.
