User Status

User status denotes what 'powers' a user has:
Administrator
Complete control over the entire forum system.
Moderator
The ability to edit messages on the boards that they moderate.
User
Registered users who can post messages.
Guest
Unregistered users (or users who have not logged in) who have limited access

How or when does a new user become a user?Sorry,looked at previous topic now I know!

I have registered, I have logged in. But I am not allowed to post and seem to have read only status.

What am I doing wrong?
