Question is, have you asked Zahra for her permission to put her site on this forum. The title for this thread is Readers' Websites which means that only the owner of the site should post. I know Zahra is a reader and a member of the forum but nevertheless you should still ask her to agree. No doubt she will respond very quickly.

In addition, this forum is intended to invite criticism, and not everyone is comfortable with that. That's why the owner should be the poster.

Quite a good looking front page though, but I'm wondering why I've got a "Restricted Sites" icon showing. The only sites I've got in the Restricted Sites zone are the ones put there by Spyware Blaster.
Perhaps it's the host.

SpywareBlaster definition Restricted Sites
Coolwebsearch (382) Freewebs.com
So am i right in thinking anyone who clicked on that link without spywareBlaster protection or another form of protection would they get infected with a coolwebsearch variant?
Just asking.

I don't think anybody is accusing you or Zahra of deliberately infecting other computers. We're not even sure if there is a problem yet. Just hang on in there until an expert can give us an opinion. (Owen or Puta?)

No i am not accusing you Tourniquet,i was just following up on barneys post as to why spywareblaster had put it in the restricted sites zone.
I don't think it would be in spywareblasters restricted sites list if it was harmless.
Like greysts says lets wait till puta or someone comes along and gives an opinion.

It is possible that they are no longer a CWS Affiliate but they are listed as a CWS Affiliate and could possibly still be spreading CWS Variants. It does sound like they distribute tracking cookies though. There privacy policy can be viewed here.

I've been to the site and none of my various protection progs indicated anything untoward. You can still view the main pages of the site with cookies turned off so I'm reasobaly happy that we don't have a problem.

Thats probably because your patched against the vulnerability in question, but i agree, I think its quite safe.

Spywareguard showed nothing in the logs, and did a spybot check and HJT straight after visiting, and nothing showed, so I think that a cautious all clear can be given

I take it that you have spywareBlaster 1.3 installed puta?.
So you would be protected against the vulnerability wouldnt you?.
SpywareBlaster is doing what it claims to do,stopping spyware from getting on your pc which is good news for users who have it installed on there pc's and bad news for users who dont.

I think this is quite enough. This comes close to STS level. It makes it sound like you are criticising the persons work. The site is ok, so they must no longer be an affiliate of CWS. Please don't drag this on any longer because it puts the owner of the site in a bad position that its not nice to be in.
