Hi All,
can someone explain this error message and what I have to do to rectify it, if poss.

Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /form_1.html.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache/1.3.27 Server

it comes when I click on the submit button of a simple form that I was practising with.
It did work, but now all I get is this message,
thanks in advance

First thing is to check your host offers the necessary technology to execute such commands.

The best way is to contact them via their website.
I would be very surprised if they didnt support POST though. Thats just another way of sending forms data to the server. If POST fails, try GET instead. You will just see teh data sent as a URL string where as post is 'invisible'
