Like many who are coming forward telling us about Wanadoo's FTP problems I am very frustrated with the poor quality FTP system that in my case does not work. I have had no satisfactory replies at all from their supposed help line! I am left with a web site which I have no FTP access to since changing to Wanadoo from Freeserve!
Can I suggest like me you mail the address above it is 'supposed to' get you a direct Q & A the boss of Wanadoo. However if you look at the speed of replies to the questions you may have to wait!
