Wanadoo 2gb limit
      #65286 - Wed May 05 2004 03:56 PM

Sounds interesting, but how do you know how much you download in a month? Does this just apply to programmes/music etc you download, or is every website etc classed as a download? Either way is 2gb sufficient for most normal users? Thanks for your replies as this means nothing to me

Thanks Greysts,
Just what I was after. Although whether to stick with Wannadoo will depend on how they deal with my FTP connection problem. I think you've seen the thread already Wanadoo connection problem

I got caught out by this. I thought that 2 gb mean't downloads. It's actually the bytes received through the modem. That means all the pictures downloaded on webpages, or multiplayer games gets clocked. I reckon I'd be through that in a week :)
