i you click start / run then type msconfig click on start up, and scroll down and look for anything relating to supanet and un tick it. failing that you might have to go into the registry.
if i had known i would live this long, i would have taken better care of myself.

I would recommend what bricat suggests, but don't mess about in the registry unless you're sure you know what you're doing, and if you must go in there, make a back up first.

thanks guys
i tried it and seemed straight forward
until the system reloaded and it asked me to choose a different way to start up
in general from the three options
is this correct and normal

which windows are you using, i think you might have something like customised start up, select that. and you should be alright.

don't think there is much you can do without the disc, you might be able to get one cheap at one of the computer fairs. maybe puta would have a better suggestion.

Quickest and easiest way is if you go to Control Panel | Network Connections
Find Supanet
Right Click it and delete it
