What do you all think of my website? http://reprise-studios.vze.com It has Video Game Flash Animations and was founded back in early 2002 but since then has had ALOT of modifications etc. For those who don't know the animations on my site are made in Macromedia Flash MX and contain sprites from classic video games such as Megaman, Mario, Final Fantasy... usually graphics from the SNES versions of the games.
I DO have a site partner too who also makes his own animations and we'd be very grateful if you could visit it and tell us what you think. Thanks!!

The layout took around 2 hours, 3 tops but thats only because im an experienced graphics user... I like to think so anyway. To learn Macromedia Flash will take forever, i highly doubt someone has completely mastered it but for basic animation such as tweens would take you around 1 hour to learn. I've been using Flash for 3 years now so i have a lot of experience with it, i am still a novice though...
And finally, the forums. I have phpBB on my hard-drive but im currently searching for a PHP4 Enabled, Ad-Less, Free web host. Its a lot to ask i know but i'd rather fully search before diving straight into paid hosting.

You'll be hard pushed to find all that for free. Oh and you'll need Mysql aswell.
Try http://www.distanthost.com Theres only certain days you can apply for an account (Mondays and Thursdays I think). I think you will have to click on some add links within your control panel, about 6 per week if I remember correctly. Your site users won't have these adds, just you within your control panel. I think it's a pretty good deal for free, add free site hosting.
I can tell you now you won't get a better deal than this.

Well my friend signed up to Ace-Host.net and they had a special offer on, hes hosting me and he only pays £3 per month with a domain name, 1gb space, 50gb monthly bandwidth. One problem though, the offer has expired i think...

That was a good offer. I'll bet it didn't run for very long.
