Hi,
CD tray won't open to insert XP disk. Oldish PC.
Did defrag with another companies defragger then error checking. Ticked first box on option before started error checking. It completed error checking stages 3 of 3 quickly. Hung on black screen - verifying ?CMI data. Used Korean lang. I'm English. Korean co-teacher and I restarted/switched on and off several times, no joy.
Need for school work at out school, money very tight. V important.

Hi,
You should be able to open the tray by pushing a bent paperclip in the small hole next to the release button.
