I've created and published my first in progress website. It's designed to be a forum for photographers. I am looking for suggestions on ways and what to do to improve the site. Any sensible criticism would be gratefully appreciated.

Like the banner not sure about the black outlines though especially the one on the body copy.
Cannot read the Grey links on the Useful Links page.
Google add bar a bit loud tone it back a bit, try Grey bkgnd black type with no u/l get the u/l on the hover, apart from that fine and good luck with the forum
