It's not possible to tell what caused it from that.
Line 477 refers to line 477 of some code or other (maybe javascript). Unless you wrote it nothing you can do about it :-)

Come to think of it I did try to scan and send a book front which was not able to be sent, poss. it's that. Have no concern re it, just interested.
