Hi all, I have been trying to post an advert on a free selling site and after filling in the usual details I have tried to post the advert but then this error message keeps coming up, other people have posted adverts today but after several attempts I finally gave up. I have copied the message that came up can anyone please throw any light on the problem. Thanks Tom.

I don't think this is an Internet Explorer problem tom1901

If I had to guess I'd say you have left a couple of fields blank on a form and that it doesn't like that. I'm basing that solely on assuming that DBnull means that the database is receiving a null string.

Have to say it doesn't look like the kind of stuff that should end up facing the system user, so if you have done everything right it may be their end.

I'm guessing you are looking at selling property in Horse Mart from that Stack Trace.

If you can't get that to work then maybe worth looking here too

http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/

Click on properties for sale, then enter the kind of ad you are looking for. The featured examples are Horses when I just tried this but when you click through it realises you selected properties.

Thanks The -Wanderer for your reply, I was trying to sell some sports equipment but nothing to do with horses LOL.
I have found another site so the problem is now sorted so to speak, but thanks for taking the time out to try and help. regards Tom

I read far too much into this bit of the extract

GetAdRef(String strCountryCode, String strConn, Boolean bln HorseMart , Boolean blnProperty)

Glad you are sorted.
