Hi all
Hoping u can help, switched on laptop this morning and all started up as normal but when went to move pointer with mousepad nothing happened.
Even a righthand click on the mousepad doesn't do anything.

The mouse pointer can "freeze". Have you tried rebooting - if necessary, hold in the power button until the Laptop is forced to shut down as you'll be unable to navigate with the mouse to perform a normal shut down.
