Metageek Inssider

Hello

In issue 214 a reader recommended using Metageek Inssider to analyse wireless networking problems. Can anyone tell me how to interpret the graphs? i.e. should the signal strength be approaching -100 or zero? And what does the speed rating mean?

Thanks

Gary

Your connection should be showing as the highest in the graph. If not, it probably means your router is further away from your computer that a neighbour’s router is, which can occur in some premises. The speed reflects the speed of your connection.
