The Making of Modern Britain

I really enjoyed Andrew's Marr first episode of The Making of Modern Britain on Wednesday, 9pm BBC2.

He covered the first part of the 20th Century in the first episode such as the death of Queen Victoria; the Boer War, the invention of the motor car and female suffrage.

It is available on iPlayer for you history buffs!

I enjoyed the last series he did, and this one is languishing on Sky+ ready for me to watch it!!
