I have one that goes back to 2000, still in use. I'm sure that there must be older ones than that around.....

Using a Windows 95 laptop at the time, I think my first email address (still going) originates from 1998.

My Yahoo address dates back to 1999 when I had a Mail box of less than 4Mbs
And in those days that was what they'd call generous 10 to15 MBs was a Premium service intended for commercial users In 2009 between the same Yahoo account ,1 of my AOL screen names ,and Gmail ,I'd estimate at least 10 GBs

I think one of my Hotmail accounts is from about 96/97. Also have a handful of own-domain accounts that date back to about 99/00.
Had a Virgin account from 96/97 too, but that's now lapsed. Earliest account was a Delphi one, earlier in the 90s. Oh, and an Easynet one from 95-ish, also lapsed.

2 of mine are nearly 7 years old, my gmail account is about 3½ years old and the last one is 18 months old.

My main one is over 9 years old from when we moved house in 2000, not sure how old my hotmail one is but remember it was when they first brought in the .co.uk ending
