Prepare for Google Wave & More
      #441043 - Wed Oct 28 2009 09:30 PM

If you have seen the Interest and News about Googles New Social Networking Program called Google Wave
http://wave.google.com/help/wave/closed.html
UM There is a 1 Hour 20 minute Demo Video on that webpage . If you what to see what its all about.
The situation is it's being rolled out slowly The only way to jump the Line is to get an "Invite" from a User!
Same situation as Gmail(a year or 2 back) Otherwise it may be a long wait.
In the meanwhile to prepare for this program and any others, Google have developed an Internet Explorer Plug-in Program to accept the Code which is another version of the fast Java Program that powers Google Chrome and Handles future HTML5 web apps
(Don't ask me I only copied this off Google)
Go to www.google.com/chromeframe
Be aware that some other sites other than Google will be using this in the Near future

Quote:

Google Chrome Frame is only available for Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8 on Windows 7 / Vista / XP SP2

Websites ask you to download Google Chrome Frame, to:

Have a faster experience
Sites that utilize Google Chrome Frame become more responsive.

Enjoy more advanced features
Open technologies in Google Chrome Frame let sites create new features for users.

Surf the web the way you are used to
Google Chrome Frame works under the hood with your current browser

Works as a sort of page accelerator, Is dormant until it spots the Code

Am baffled why Google have not optimized "Wave" with their Google Chrome Browser

File size is 550 Kb for the Installer and 75 Mb for the Program
