newbie here and  toshiba laptop was able to access bt home hub, but now gets a message about that wireless link having " limited acess" but cant connect to it at all. Bt Home hub settings have not been changed/touched. have tried deleting link on laptop and setting it up again from fresh but still have same prob. have also unplugged bt home hub and replugged it in but same result. did take laptop back to parents house and used their wireless access but not aware of having changed any settings on laptop - and am definitely trying to access the right wireless connection at home. have tried to access bt homehub with a different laptop and that works fine - therefore must be the laptop(??) grateful for any advice!
