This has probably been touched upon before, but...
10 Minute Email
Does what it says on the tin....
Ideal for registering with sites, where you might not want all the bumph that goes with it!

All well and good for product registrations and freebies but beware of using them on forums, etc.
I know a lot of webmasters use spam lists/db's (usernames, registration IDs, email addresses, email domains, etc., used by spammers) and these disposables are often on them and added to the spam blockers on sites and forums. (Mind you, I also know webmasters who won't accept online email domains, including Google, MSN, Hotmail, Live, Yahoo, et al.)
While the domain one uses may not be on the block list when one registers if it's added later and you still have that email in your profile you could lose access to your account. Bit of a bummer of you've become a regular.

Fair enough TFC, I can certainly see it from your side too...
I DO use my regular addy for this site!
Seemed like a good idea at the time

No, it is a good idea, I use disposables if I'm signing up for freebies, downloads, and stuff, better than getting spammed by the site, etc.
Anyhoo, not all forums go to the trouble, in fact I would say relatively few - most just deal with spam as it turns up, and even then not all would add the email domain to the internal block list. It was just a word of caution really.
