Can anyone help with getting the body of email messages back? All of the headers load fine, but the message is just not there.

TalkTalk. They have done something and my email now looks completely different. Still can't get a message pane underneath the list of inbox messages but there is a big space there. However, am now able to double click on the new messages to get the body of the text up. It is a lot easier just to read the message from the viewing pane under the new messages.
Can't find anything to switch on the reading pane. Do you think TalkTalk has done away with this facility now?
