Hi Folks
Big problem here on and off for the past week, I keep getting locked out of my hosting account with Krystal Hosting. I have 2 web sites there and can't get in to either through CPanel I get the message that the account is locked. Here's the actual message

This also means that I can't collect any email messages that come to me via my various mail accounts on that server.
I contacted the help desk at Krystal at the beginning of the week and they said that something was trying to do multiple accesses from my own PC. I have used MalwareBytes Anti-Malware free edition, Avast free and SpybotSD to scan for problems and correct anything found. Although if I don't try any connections via Thunderbird, Firefox or IE8 for a day or so, the block clears and I am able to connect for a limited time, but then it all starts again.
I'm really desperate to get this fixed so all help welcome please. :-(
