Can someone please give me there honest opinion on just the Home page of my website, thank you.
The things on my mind are:
Is it too cluttered?
Do I need to move items around?
Get rid of anything?
Is the description for the site ok?
Any comments good or bad most welcome.

Looks good to me.
I think the text size could be a bit bigger, but that is probably just me and my tired eyes!
(The facts on your site are amazing btw)
Nope looks professional, tidy and easy to navigate.

The home page looks fine to me, the only problem I found is the addthis bookmark button doesn't work properly for me.

XP 1024 x 768. I agree with Abyss, unfortunately IE8 0ptions 'TEXT SIZE' is not in use and 'ZOOM' takes the page off the edge of the monitor.

My honest opinion is that the page is fine. I don't find the text too small, although it would be fine by me if it was made larger to suit other people.
As has already been said, the bookmark button doesn't work. Is this because I'm using Firefox, or is it just faulty regardless of the browser being used by visitors?
Anyway, I've bookmarked it the usual way so that I can easily get back there when I've got a bit more time. It's a lovely site, so congratulations to you!

Since making my earlier post I have found that when using FireFox Browser there is an excellent answer to those wilh problem eyesight. "ZOOM TEXT ONLY" full details here
