I wanted to scan a document that was 11 pages long but for some reason my scanner software didn't give me the option of scanning those 11 pages to form one document, so now I have 11 individual docs, one for each page. How can I merge these together into one doc?

If you have Microsoft Word, you could use the "Insert" menu to insert a "Picture > From File" and put the 11 scanned images into the document. Then print it as a pdf document.
