Hi, i hope I have posted this in the correct place.
I cave a combined Epson RX420 printer and scanner which has been working fine until now. I have a problem with the scanner though. When I try to open it to scan something a get a message saying " the scanner connected is different from the one connected"
The printer is working fine but I have never had this problem with the scanner before.
Im looking for some quick help here folks as I need to get some important documents emailed to my solicitor by colse of business on Wednesday and I dont trust snail mail or have access to a fax right now.
Anyone got any suggestions on what needs fixing ?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
