By some quirk of fate I have qualified as a Top Rated Seller for October. (Look I had to tell someone other than the wife and kids!)
Top Rated Seller will eventually replace Power Sellers status.
Still in some shock, as last month I was not in the running due to one low rating on P&P charges.
Hopefully this will mean higher ratings in searches, but I am aware that one or two dodgy ratings in the next few weeks and it will be Standard Seller again!
What has been interesting on the eBay Forums has been the amount of sellers saying how much they will lose if they lose the discounts on Final Value Fees by not qualifying. Me, I have always worked my 'business plan' out on the basis that if I got the discounts it was a bonus.
Anyway, it has fallen just right for the Christmas run up, and it might help empty a few of the boxes I have stacked up in what was the dining room!
