Hi
Recently changed to talk talk and evey time I go on line, after a while the net drops out. The adsl light is off and so is the internet light. If I just sit there for about 5 minutes the lights start blinking and then the net is back.
Is this normal?

No it's not normal neither is it acceptable. Get hold of TalkTalk and tell them to fix it.
